With extensive and diverse experience in the pharmaceutical sector since 1999, I combine practical expertise in pharmacy with a background in technology, service development and business development.   I provide pharmacist expertise for pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and other organisations operating in the medicines sector. Services can include temporary or contracted pharmacist support, pharmacy operations, professional responsibilities and day-to-day operational assistance. I can also provide support for projects and situations where specific pharmaceutical expertise is needed.

  I help organisations improve their operations and processes in alignment with their strategic objectives. Development work can focus on pharmacy operations, workflows, customer processes, internal ways of working and the effective use of resources. The aim is to identify practical opportunities for improvement and turn them into workable solutions.

  I support the development of new and existing products and services, particularly where pharmaceutical expertise, user needs and technology intersect. My approach combines pharmaceutical knowledge with service design, usability and technology expertise. I can contribute to identifying user needs, analysing processes and requirements, developing concepts and evaluating solutions from both the professional and user perspectives.

  I provide communication, training and coaching services for pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations. This can include professional content, internal communications, staff training, workshops and coaching related to pharmaceutical practice, service development or organisational change. The focus is on making complex topics understandable, practical and useful in everyday work.
